Lacie has been very good as my realtor. I first used her 22 years ago and have always received great service and advice. She has a particular talent for identifying a realistic band of sale prices. This transaction was my seventeenth residential real estate transaction. It was definitely the most difficult and a challenge to reach the closing table. Throughout Lacie Maynard was on top of every question and issue that arose. Seven days a week in the morning, afternoon and evening she was always available and proactive managing the buyers concerns and issues. As an example on a Sunday afternoon twenty four hours before closing the buyer gave a list of numerous repairs that they wanted corrected before closing. Miraculously Lacie was able to get Repairment to go out on a Sunday afternoon and make all of the requested repairs. The closing went ahead as scheduled the following day. Lacie is a superstar among Real Estate agents. This was my second transaction with her and it almost certainly will not be the last.
